2. ข้อมูลที่ส่งออกจากเครื่อง (เฉพาะเมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ)

3. การชำระเงิน

4. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ

1. Processed locally only (never transmitted)
- Camera images — used in real time to detect shoulder and eye positions. Never saved to disk, never uploaded anywhere. Each frame is discarded immediately after processing.
- Daily posture statistics — seconds spent in good/warning/bad posture per day, stored locally at
%LOCALAPPDATA%\PostureMonitor\posture_history.db - Settings — posture calibration, camera zoom, selected camera. Also stored locally.
You can delete all of the above by removing the %LOCALAPPDATA%\PostureMonitor folder or uninstalling the app.
2. Data sent off your device (only when signed in)
The app's core features work without signing in, in which case no data leaves your device at all. If you choose to create an account or sign in, the following is transmitted:

We do not transmit images, posture data, or usage analytics. The app contains no tracking and no advertising.
3. Payments
Payments are handled outside the app via PromptPay bank transfer or a PayPal.Me link. The app never collects or processes credit card or any financial information. The only thing we receive is the email address you send us so we can activate your membership.
4. How sign-in data is stored
Your automatic sign-in token is stored locally and encrypted using Windows DPAPI, which ties the encryption key to your Windows account. If someone copies this file to another machine it will not work. We never write your password to any file.
5. Your rights
- Use anonymously — all core features work without signing in.
- Request account and data deletion — contact us at the email below and we will delete your account and membership data from Firebase.
- Revoke camera access anytime — via Windows Settings > Privacy & security > Camera.
- Delete local data — remove the
%LOCALAPPDATA%\PostureMonitorfolder.
6. Children
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Other people's software used in this app
This app is built with the help of several open-source components made by others — for example Google's posture detection (MediaPipe) and the camera handling (OpenCV). All of them are used under licences that permit it.
One of them comes with a condition that we tell you about it:
- pystray — the component that puts the app's icon in your system tray (next to the clock). Used under the LGPL version 3 licence.
What this means for you — that licence gives you the right to modify this component or swap
it for a different version yourself. So we always ship its source code alongside the app rather than
compressing it away inside the program file. You can open and edit it in the installation folder,
under _internal\pystray. The full licence text is at
_internal\pystray-0.19.5.dist-info\COPYING.LGPL
If you're a regular user: there is nothing here you need to do. We mention it for transparency and to honour the terms of the software we build on.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Changes that materially affect your data will also be announced inside the app.
